IS THERE A REGISTRATION FEE?

All learners must pay the annual, non-refundable $15 per learner registration fee.

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

Yes, it's highly recommended. When you create an account, you will see all of your class bookings for each of your learners. You will also have the added ability to cancel or enroll in courses at a later date.

IF USING CHARTER FUNDS TO PAY FOR A CLASS, CAN MY STUDENT ENROLL IN CLASSES BEFORE MY CHARTER FUNDS BECOME AVAILABLE?

YES. We suggest enrolling as soon as possible to hold your student’s spot in any class. Classes have a maximum number of students and availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis.


When you ENROLL, use the Pay In Person Option and your learner will be registered. 

IF USING CHARTER FUNDS TO PAY FOR A CLASS, HOW DO I PAY FOR THE CLASS BEFORE MY CHARTER FUNDS BECOME AVAILABLE?

After enrolling in a class, you will need to work with your charter school directly to create a purchase order/enrichment certification request (usually sometime in August, when your funds become available). Follow your charter's guidelines on how to submit a purchase order to each individual instructor. Instructors are independent contractors and tuition fees are paid directly to each instructor.

WHAT DO I DO IF A CLASS IS FULL?

If a course fills up, please add your learner to the waitlist. Once a space is open, we will move your learners name from the waitlist to the enrolled list, and you will be notified.

WHAT IF MY LEARNER NO LONGER WISHES TO BE ON A WAITLIST?

Please send a quick email to freespiritedhomeschooloutreach@gmail.com with the learners name and course listing. We will remove their name and send you a confirmation email within 48 - 72 hours.
